# Licensing & Purchases

> How licensing works for MythicLabs plugins, and where to buy them

Every MythicLabs plugin is sold on BuiltByBit and protected by our license system.

## How it works

1. Buy a plugin from our [BuiltByBit storefront](https://builtbybit.com/creators/mrbarneyy.249089/).
2. Install the plugin and enter your license key in `config.yml` - see [Getting Started](/quickstart) for the full walkthrough.
3. The plugin validates your license on startup.

Each plugin is licensed and sold separately - there's no bundled "core" purchase that unlocks everything.

## License protection

This product is protected by our license system, designed to provide secure access and prevent unauthorized use. Attempting to bypass, modify, or abuse the license system is not allowed.

## Checking your license

Most plugins expose a command that shows what your install is licensed to - for example, MLFFA's [`/ffa about`](/plugins/mlffa/commands). Check the individual plugin's Commands page for the exact command.
